Facial Oils

A facial oil is the last step of a routine: a few drops pressed over moisturiser to slow water loss and leave skin supple. The range includes a nourishing oil for dry skin, an all-in-one oil, and a softening oil for beards and the skin beneath them. 3 products.

Facial Oils: a short guide

Where does facial oil go in a routine?

Last, in the evening — after serum and moisturiser. Water-based products spread poorly over oil, and an oil on top helps slow water loss from the layers beneath. In the morning, mix a drop into your moisturiser and keep sunscreen as the final step. Two to four drops warmed between the fingertips and pressed in is enough for the whole face.

Can oily skin use a facial oil?

It does not need one. If oily skin still feels tight after cleansing, one or two drops at night can make it more comfortable. Try it on one area for two to four weeks and stop if new small bumps appear.
