These terms govern your use of the Solevia website and your purchases. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.
Orders & pricing
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are shown in your local currency where supported and include applicable taxes at checkout.
We may correct obvious pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund where an order has already been placed.
Shipping & returns
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within two business days. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Unopened products may be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product price. Items must be in resalable condition; some hygiene exceptions apply.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site — no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or infringe our intellectual property. Product imagery and copy remain ours.
Liability
Our products are cosmetics, not medical treatments. Always patch-test and follow label directions. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price of the products purchased.
